Yumeiro Patissiere SP Professional is a TV anime series that aired from October 3 to December 26, 2010, and is based on the manga by Matsumoto Natsumi. After completing her two-year study abroad in Paris, Ichigo returns to Japan as a first-year high school student at St. Marie Academy. She wanted to form "Team Ichigo" again with the "Sweets Princes" Kashino, Ando, ​​and Hanabusa, and further develop as a pastry chef.
