Yumeiro Patissiere SP Professional - A story of growth and challenge

Yumeiro Patissiere SP Professional is a TV anime series that aired from October 3 to December 26, 2010, and is based on the manga by Matsumoto Natsumi. The series follows Amano Ichigo, the protagonist, as she returns to Japan after two years studying abroad in Paris and faces new challenges. It aired on the Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV networks in a 30-minute slot every Sunday morning from 7:00am to 7:30am, with a total of 13 episodes. It was produced by Studio Pierrot and Studio Hibari, and produced by the Yumeiro Patissiere Production Committee.

After completing her two-year study abroad in Paris, Ichigo returns to Japan as a first-year high school student at St. Marie Academy. She wanted to form "Team Ichigo" again with the "Sweets Princes" Kashino, Ando, ​​and Hanabusa, and further develop as a pastry chef. However, the three have already begun to pursue their own dreams, and Ichigo faces the shocking fact that "Team Ichigo" will be disbanded.
