Mazingerkaiser SKL - Enjoy the earth-shattering battle action!

Mazinkaiser SKL (Skull) is an original anime work by Go Nagai and Dynamic Planning, and was released as an OVA on January 28, 2011. It is a short but dense 3-episode, 24-minute episode each, depicting super robot violence action that draws the viewer in. This work is loved by many fans as a new chapter in Go Nagai's Mazin series.

story

In the distant future, on Kikai Island off the coast of Japan, people instinctively seeking battle are engaged in deadly combat. A jet-black robot appears and slaughters his enemies one by one with a sword as tall as himself and a gun that hits every shot. Some call it a demon, others the Kaiser, because of its sinister yet heroic appearance.

The island is on the brink of a gravitational collapse, and the collapse is getting closer and closer with each passing moment. Meanwhile, the two demons collide, and the moment arrives when Mazingerkaiser SKL unleashes its true power. The scene where Wingle descends is particularly impressive and captures the hearts of viewers.

character

Mazinkaiser SKL is piloted by two people, Kaido Ken and Magami Ryo. Kaido Ken is of the passionate blood type, and is quicker with his hands than his mouth. He is in charge of close combat, and is skilled in swordplay using his Kiba-Zantou and hand-to-hand combat. Magami Ryo, on the other hand, is usually cool, but once he loses his temper, he becomes uncontrollable. He uses his twin pistols and a breath trigger to destroy many giant robots with minimal movement in long-distance combat. After he runs out of bullets, he also engages in close-quarters combat using the blades loaded into the bottom of the cartridge.

These two characters make a strong impression on viewers by controlling the Mazingerkaiser SKL while complementing each other's differences. Sub-characters such as Tsubasa Yuki and Garan also play an important role in adding excitement to the story.
