To commemorate the 30th anniversary of WOWOW, a new feature-length animation has been confirmed today to be written and directed by Kenji Kamiyama, the director of "Ghost in the Shell STAND ALONE COMPLEX". It is scheduled to be broadcast in 2022, so stay tuned.

Kenji Kamiyama was born in Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan in 1966. He is a Japanese animation director and performer. His representative work is "Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex". Kenji Kamiyama was originally from Studio Fuga and is now a freelancer. He once studied animation production with Mamoru Oshii and participated in the production of many famous animations such as "Akira", "Kiki's Delivery Service", and "Werewolf". Currently, he mainly participates in Production IG activities.
