Series champion! Godzilla vs. Kong 2 reaches $570 million in global box office

The movie "Godzilla vs. Kong: Rise of an Empire" is currently in theaters. So far, it is the highest-grossing movie in the Legendary Monsters Universe series, with a global box office of $570 million, surpassing the previous "Kong: Skull Island" in the series with a box office of $568 million. Among them, the North American box office reached $196 million, and the Chinese mainland reached $132 million (955 million RMB), which is the largest overseas box office for the film.

Currently, "Godzilla vs. Kong 3" is under active development and will be directed by Grant Sbutall ("I Am Mother") and written by Dave Callaham ("Spider-Man: Across the Universe" and "The Expendables"), who participated in the screenwriting of "Godzilla" in 2014.
