"Breaking Bad" spin-off "Better Call Saul" Season 5 trailer premieres in February

Today (January 3), AMC released the preview of the fifth season of "Better Call Saul", a spin-off of "Breaking Bad", with Saul Goodman and others returning. The fifth season of the show will officially start on February 23, 2020.

Better Call Saul is a spin-off prequel to Breaking Bad. Set in 2002, it tells the story of how James "Jimmy" McGill transformed from an unknown ordinary defense attorney to the famous lawyer Saul Goodman six years before the events of Breaking Bad broke out and he became the lawyer of the key protagonists. The original title of the show "Better Call Saul" was taken from the advertising slogan of Saul's law firm in the show.

Interestingly, at the beginning of each season of the show, Saul Goodman's story after Breaking Bad is shown in black and white, showing that as he said before his final appearance in Breaking Bad: "I'd be lucky to open a cinnamon roll dessert shop in Omaha."
