"Avengers 4" concept design exposed Black Widow also has Ronin costume

Except for Black Widow, she has been looking for the remaining surviving Avengers, including Hawkeye Clint Barton. Later, she found Hawkeye on the streets of Japan. Although the two had different positions at the time, their outfits were similar. In fact, in the abandoned concept design of "Avengers 4", the outfit worn by Black Widow was closer to Ronin's outfit design.

“We thought it might be a cool idea to have similar clothing colors and designs because they’re going to be paired up again on the next journey,” said concept artist Wesley Burt. “My original idea was to have a scene where two people in masks are fighting, and the audience doesn’t know who they are, and then it’s revealed that it’s Clint and Natasha. That’s the meaning of the mask and the turban, and of course I’m also trying to find different hairstyles and other things to match.”

Although this design was not adopted in the end, Black Widow and Hawkeye also look interesting. The two characters have been paired together twice in the past MCU films, and their clothing styles can be seen in action. However, it is not clear why they joined the battle, or why Natasha chose a new costume similar to Clint's in the first place. But in "Avengers 4", it can be seen that Black Widow and Hawkeye are the ones who are most unable to accept the impact of the snap, so they chose to wear the same style of clothing as their long-lost partners to cover it up.

In the next independent film "Black Widow", Black Widow will have a brand new costume, which will be different from the previous ones and reveal her unknown side.
