According to statistics from Time.com, the box office of Men in Black: International, which was released in mainland China on June 14, was only 54.89 million yuan on its first day, failing to break the 100 million yuan mark. In addition, the reputation of Men in Black: International was not very good either.

Men in Black: International has a freshness rating of only 32% on Rotten Tomatoes, a popcorn index of 74%, and only 3 positive reviews out of 25.
