Ben Affleck holds a Batman retirement ceremony

On the latest episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live," guest Ben Affleck talked about the canceled "Batman" movie, saying that although there are good screenwriters and scripts, Batman cannot strike again for the time being.

It's no secret that Affleck said, "It's time for someone else to be Batman."

So in order to commemorate Ben Affleck's Batman, Jimmy Kimmel prepared a little surprise on the show: Batman's retirement ceremony. Guillermo Rodriguez, the special handyman for Jimmy Kimmel, dressed up as Robin and held up Batman's cape and mask. But before putting this costume away, they first gave Ben Affleck the star-studded underwear worn by Matt Damon in "Behind the Candelabra". He took a deep puff and said, "It still smells like Damon."

After the cape was placed on the stage, we saw "BATFLECK - 12" printed on the back. The number 12 is the number of the famous football player Tom Brady.

"I insisted that Warner Bros. put it there," Affleck joked. "In fact, it took them $80 million in post-production special effects to remove it."

Batman played by Affleck will leave the DC universe, and the new "Batman" movie will look for a new generation of protagonists and continue filming.
