"5 Centimeters per Second", a classic realistic animated film created by Makoto Shinkai, the director of "Suzuya's Journey", was first released in Japan on March 3, 2007, and won the Best Animated Film Award at the Asia Pacific Film Festival in the same year. "5 Centimeters per Second" is an animated short story with a boy as the story axis and three consecutive and independent stories.
