The original sci-fi horror series "Alien: Earth" has released a trailer and poster and will premiere on Hulu and Disney+ this summer.

In FX's highly anticipated series Alien: Earth, a mysterious spaceship crash-lands on Earth, where a young woman (Sidney Chandler) and a ragtag group of tactical soldiers make a fateful discovery that brings them face to face with the greatest threat yet to come.

The series is written and directed by Noah Hawley and is adapted from the "Alien" series. The series will serve as a prequel, with the story set two years before the 1979 film "Alien 1".

Led by Chandler, the series features an international cast including Alex Lawther, Timothy Olyphant, Essie Davis, Samuel Blenkin, Babou Ceesay, David Rysdahl, Adrian Edmondson, Adarsh ​​Gourav, Jonathan Ajayi, Erana James, Lily Newmark, Diem Camille and Moe Bar-El.
