"Fallout" live-action series new stills released, many character designs exposed

Recently, Vanity Fair magazine released new stills from the live-action series "Fallout", revealing the looks of characters such as the heroine played by Ella Purnell and the ghoul played by Walton Goggins.

Todd Howard said in an interview with a magazine that they have ensured that the plot of the series will not conflict with the plot of the game, and that the plot of the series is regarded as canonical history. He said: "I don't want to reinterpret the story we have already told. Many people's proposals before are like a movie adapted from "Fallout 3"... I thought: Yeah, we told that story, I'm not interested in watching the adapted version, I'm interested in someone telling a unique "Fallout" story and making it as a game, which gives the creators of the series their own space to play."

The live-action series "Fallout" will be launched on Amazon Prime Video on April 12, 2024. The story of the series is set in a cruel wasteland world after a world nuclear war that destroyed the earth, focusing on Vault 33. It is directed by Jonathan Nolan, the director of "Westworld", and produced by Todd Howard. Ella Purnell plays the protagonist Xelia Mendes-Jones, Walton Goggins plays a ghoul, and Kyle MacLachlan, Aaron Moten and others also star.
