"Loki" Season 2 mid-season trailer: There are two episodes left before the climax

Marvel recently released a mid-season trailer for the second season of the hit series "Loki". The series has 6 episodes per season, and 4 episodes have been aired so far. The new trailer includes some clips from the last two episodes.

Episode preview:

(This report will include a description and analysis of the trailer, including spoilers for the first season, the first 4 episodes, and possible spoilers for the future)

In the first four episodes, the timeline began to branch because the "female version of Loki" Sylvie killed a version of the conqueror Kang "He Who Remains" who managed the "sacred timeline" in the first season. But at the same time, this also caused the TVA's power source device to malfunction, which may lead to the destruction of the entire TVA. On the other hand, there was also chaos within the TVA, and some people wanted to go back to the past and repair the power device by eliminating the newly grown timeline.

In episode 4, Loki and his crew finally brought another version of Kang the Conqueror who was brought back to the path of inventorship—Victor Tamley, who lived in Chicago in the 18th century—to TVA and tried to repair the power device. At the end of this episode, they were about to start repairing it, but the moment Victor walked out of the isolation door in his protective suit, he was melted by the energy, and the power device exploded, and it seemed that everything had come to an end.

But in the new trailer, we can see that Loki seems to have started to "displace in time" again, and came to a world where his partner Morbius did not become a TVA employee and was selling motorboats. And then he seemed to be trapped in some kind of reincarnation, trying again and again to repair the energy device.

Loki Season 2 is currently airing on Disney+, with episode 5 premiering on November 2 at 6 p.m. PT.
