The new version of "Superman" movie released a 30-second warm-up video and released a trailer at 10 o'clock tonight

James Gunn, director and screenwriter of DC's new "Superman" movie, has released a 30-second warm-up video for the "Superman" movie trailer, paving the way for the preview trailer tonight at 10 o'clock.

Warm-up video: Chinese subtitles

The brief 30-second teaser video does include two shots of Superman, the first of which sees him flying towards some kind of snow and ice structure, and the second of which sees him breaking the sound barrier and accelerating high into the sky, both of which are made more vivid by a new interpretation of John Williams' iconic Superman score.

We also get our first look at the inside and outside of the Daily Planet, the famous fictional newspaper where Clark Kent and Lois Lane work as reporters. We see Rachel Brosnahan's Lois Lane staring at a live feed that appears to be displayed inside the Daily Planet's newsroom.

Lois is flanked by the rest of the Daily Planet staff: Jimmy Olsen (Skyler Gisondo), Steve Lombard (Beck Bennett), Carter Grant (Michaela Hoover), and Ron Troup (Christopher McDonald). What apocalyptic event are they fearing, and will Superman save the world?

The new version of "Superman" movie , starring David Corence, is specially shot in IMAX, with IMAX exclusive format, and will be released on July 11, 2025.
