The TV animation of "The Whisper of Medicine House Girl" is confirmed to be produced and will be broadcast this year

The light novel of the same name written by Hinata Natsu and illustrated by Shinobuko "The Whisper of the Medicine Shop Girl" has been confirmed to be made into a TV animation, which is scheduled to be broadcast within the year. The official also released a preview, which includes the voice of the heroine Neko played by Yuuki Aoi. Let's take a sneak peek.

"The Whisper of the Medicine Shop Girl" is adapted from the light novel of the same name written by Hinata Natsu and illustrated by Shino Fuyuko, and drawn by Neko Kaizuki. It began serialization in the comic magazine "BIG GANGAN" published by Square Enix in 2017.

The story tells about a palace maid named Mao Mao in the Middle Ages. She originally worked as a pharmacist in the red-light district. After hearing that all the princes died young, she began to investigate the truth of the matter driven by curiosity and thirst for knowledge. Her fate changed from then on, and the story unfolds.
