The jury revealed the key to Amber Heard's defeat: her crying was too fake, like crocodile tears

Amber Heard previously gave a media interview and talked about the feud with her ex-husband. Now Good Morning America has exclusively released an interview with a member of the jury, talking about the key reason why Heard lost the case.

The jury member said that Heard's performance in the witness stand was unconvincing and her emotions fluctuated greatly. She cried loudly in the last second and was expressionless in the next second. They used "crocodile tears" to describe Heard's crying. In addition, Heard stared at the jury every time she spoke, and that look made them feel very uncomfortable. Most jurors felt that Johnny Depp's words were more credible. His emotions were very stable and his testimony was much more reliable.

The jury unanimously agreed that Heard's words were inconsistent and that based on the evidence submitted by both parties, Heard's behavior was more aggressive. Both parties said insulting remarks, but this was a normal reaction when people got into an argument, not as serious as Heard's accusation, and Heard had no conclusive evidence to prove that Depp had abused her.

In addition, the jury was also confused: if you were the abused party, why would you buy a knife as a gift for the other party? Heard claimed that she had to wear makeup to go out, and it was impossible for her to publicly show the scars from the beating. But the jury found that she was not wearing makeup when she submitted a restraining order against Depp to the court, and the bruise photos she provided looked fake. All these made Heard's words unbelievable.

In addition, the jury was also dissatisfied with Heard's legal team: "They would interrupt the witnesses because they only wanted a specific answer without context. They forced the witnesses to answer very narrow questions... It was obvious."

The jury believed that Heard's article in The Washington Post that implied that Depp was abusive was a fatal mistake, and that the article made their relationship even uglier. When Heard's lawyer was interviewed, he questioned whether the jury's verdict was influenced by the content mocking Heard on the Internet, but the juror clarified that this was not the case, and that he and three other jurors did not have Twitter accounts.

"We focused solely on analyzing the evidence. We did not take into account anything that happened outside of the courtroom. We only looked at the evidence. These charges are very serious and involve huge amounts of damages. We do not take them lightly," said the jury member, adding that no one on the jury was a fan of Depp or Heard, so there could be no possibility of any bias.
