Plot Synopsis

A wedding was held in Shibuya, Tokyo, which was bustling with Halloween. Detective Sato of the Metropolitan Police Department appeared there, dressed in a wedding dress and looking like a bride. Under the gaze of many guests including Conan, a gangster suddenly broke in and attacked her, and Detective Takagi, who tried to protect her, was injured. Takagi saved his life and the situation was calmed down, but in Sato's eyes, the image of the god of death she saw when Detective Matsuda, whom she once loved, died in the serial bombings three years ago, overlapped with Takagi's figure.

At the same time, the criminal of the serial bombings escaped from prison. Is this a coincidence? Public security police officer Furuya Rei (Amuro Toru) goes to track down the mortal enemy who ruined the life of his colleague Detective Matsuda, but a mysterious disguised person appears there and puts a collar bomb on him.

Conan, who comes to the underground bunker where Amuro is hiding in order to dismantle the collar bomb, hears about the case that Amuro's now deceased classmates from the police academy encountered in Shibuya three years ago with the unknown disguised bomber "Pramya".
