"Shaolin Soccer" actor Xie Zhihua died of heart attack at the age of 64

According to Hong Kong media reports today (October 25), Hong Kong actor Xie Zhihua died of myocardial infarction on October 22 at the age of 64.

Xie Zhihua is well known to the audience for his cameo role as a bar owner in Stephen Chow's film "Shaolin Soccer". He had a wonderful scene with Stephen Chow and Huang Yifei in the film, including angrily hitting Huang Yifei with a wine glass. Because it was retaken many times, Huang Yifei even complained on the show.

Xie Zhihua's last performance was in "Bugs Don't Know" released in 2005. After that, he worked behind the scenes. After participating in the filming of "Fat Dragon Crossing the River" in 2020, he officially retired at the age of 60.
