Netflix's "Cowboy Bebop" live-action drama officially announced to premiere on November 19

Today (October 27), Netflix's live-action series "Cowboy Bebop" released its official Chinese trailer. The series will premiere on November 19, with a total of 10 episodes this season. The original animation director Shinichiro Watanabe serves as the series' consultant, and Yoko Kanno is in charge of the music.

Starring John Cho as Spike, Daniela Pineda (Jurassic World 2) as Faye, Mustafa Shakir (Luke Cage) as Jet Black, and Ein the dog, the film follows a ragtag group of bounty hunters in the future who hunt down the most dangerous criminals in the solar system and who can even save the world...for the right price.

The original animation director of the series, Shinichiro Watanabe, served as a consultant, Alex Garcia Lopez (Daredevil, Luke Cage, Cloak & Dagger) directed the first two episodes, Christopher Yost (Thor 2 and 3) wrote the script for the first episode, and many voice actors from the animation version also returned to do Japanese dubbing for the live-action series.
