Copyright & takedown

How rights holders can report copyright, attribution or other intellectual-property concerns on KingMade.

Respect for creators comes first

KingMade is designed so members can show their own work and reference third-party products without copying content they do not have the right to republish. Source-only references should link to the original creator, brand, shop or product page.

Report a rights issue

Use the “Report a copyright / rights issue” link on an item or the contact page. Identify the KingMade URL, the work you own or represent, the original or authorized source, and enough information for the administrator to understand the claim.

What KingMade can do

During review, the operator may hold the item, remove disputed media, correct attribution, replace copied material with a source link, or remove the item. Repeated intentional misuse may lead to account restrictions.

Counter-information

If a contributor believes material was removed in error, they may provide the administrator with the permission, license or other basis they relied on. The operator can then re-evaluate the item.

Important

This process is an operational reporting channel and does not replace any rights or remedies available under applicable law. The site operator should add its legal entity and jurisdiction-specific contact details before launch.
