Genki has been moving around from the age of five with his father, Shark Horiguchi, a boxer. One day, Shark dies after a life-or-death battle with the genius boxer Seki. Time passes, and Seki reigns over the boxing world as an undefeated world champion. As he grows up, Genki decides to become a professional boxer and defeat Seki in order to realize the dream of his father, who died before he could achieve his goal.
