The protagonist, Ken Minai, is attacked by a group of demons sent by a demon master and is seriously injured, near death. However, when he wakes up in the hospital, his body has fully recovered. When Ken finds out that he has been modified to become a Borgman, he confronts Chuck Swager, the director of Katsura Research Institute, who authorized the operation. Chuck explains that he has given Ken life support and that he has made him a Borgman because of his knowledge of demons. Ken throws himself into the fight again to bring back his beloved sister Eliza, who has been kidnapped by the demon master.

Ken Minai : A young man with a strong sense of justice who works for the MG Police Demon Investigation Division in Megalocity. He exterminates small demons using a retractable stun gun. He was seriously injured in a battle with a demon tamer and underwent surgery to transform him into a Borgman. He fights demons to bring back his beloved sister Eliza, who was kidnapped by the demon tamer.
Sarah Cress : The only female in the new Borgman. She is Eliza's best friend and sometimes goes out with Ken. She volunteered to be a Borgman to fight the demons, and Ken knew that she was a Borgman.
