Lenya has a slightly sadistic personality, and her favorite magazine is "Monthly Thief," which is an interesting setting. Chutaro is Lenya's assistant who is overworked but plots to overthrow her, and he is a comical character who always incurs Lenya's wrath and nearly dies. The inspector is a perverted inspector who blushes every time policewoman Nocchi's skirt is flipped up, the detective is a delusional detective in love with Faminya Reina, and policewoman Nocchi is a carefree policewoman who, for some reason, makes for a character setting full of comedy elements that is appealing.

This song is a song that adds excitement to the world of Phantom Thief Lenya, and the catchy melody leaves a lasting impression.

The insert songs are "Pocket Money UP Daisakusen" and "Halation Summer" by Berryz Kobo. These songs, written and composed by Tsunku, match the nonsensical worldview of the Phantom Thief Lenya and will make viewers laugh.
