Digimon Cross Wars: A tale of adventure and friendship in the digital world

Digimon Cross Wars is a story of grand adventure and friendship set in the Digital World. The anime aired on TV Asahi from July 6, 2010 to March 25, 2012, and is made up of three seasons with a total of 79 episodes. It was written by Akiyoshi Hongo, directed by Tetsuya Endo and Yukio Kaizawa, and produced by Toei Animation and TV Asahi. story

One day, Kudo Taiki suddenly hears a mysterious melody. It is the breathing of someone dying and a voice calling for help. "I can't leave you alone!" Taiki responds, and the mind of Shoutmon, the owner of the voice, responds, and a mysterious device called the Digimon Cross Loader appears. Shoutmon's melody is absorbed by the Cross Loader, and Taiki is pulled into an unknown world, the Digital World.

In the Digital World, the Bagra Empire continues its advance in an attempt to gain dominance, and the peaceful village of Shoutmon is under attack. Taiki and Shoutmon fight alongside their friends against the overwhelmingly powerful Bagra army. Then, with the power of the Cross Loader, Shoutmon and Ballistamon combine, activating "Digi-Cross." With their newfound powers, they are able to repel the Bagra army.

Afterwards, Taiki and Shoutmon, along with new allies such as Kiriha Aonuma and Nene Amano, will face off against the Bagra Empire. As they meet and fight alongside many Digimon such as Dorulumon and Starmon, their adventure to restore peace to the Digital World begins.

The protagonist, Taiki Kudo, is a boy in his first year of junior high school. He is a good-natured guy whose catchphrase is "I can't leave her alone!", but he is also an unconscious genius. He has no ambition to push others aside to succeed, but what he started out with the intention of helping others leads to great success, and he becomes very popular as a helper. His childhood friend, Akari Hinomoto, has saved him from danger many times, and he is someone he can't look down on.

Shoutmon is the main character of the Digimon series, and although he is overconfident and violent, he is also a hard worker. He is a nice guy who is determined to become the "Digimon King", and falls in love with Taiki's personality after he saves his life, and proposes that they become kings together.

Kiriha Aonuma is in the same first year of junior high school as Taiki and attends an elite school. With her genius military strategy and powerful Digimon under her direct control, she subjugates many Digimon. Seeing Taiki's potential, she once invited him to become her subordinate, but he turned her down.

Nene Amano is a beautiful girl with many mysteries, who is always searching for a powerful warrior. Sometimes she lends Taiki a hand, and other times she joins forces with Kiriha and the New Empire to torment him.

Digimon Cross Wars consists of three seasons, each consisting of 79 episodes. The first season, Digimon Cross Wars, aired from July 6, 2010 to March 8, 2011. The second season, Digimon Cross Wars: The Evil Death General and the Seven Kingdoms, aired from April 3 to September 25, 2011. The third season, Digimon Cross Wars: The Boy Hunters Who Race Through Time, aired from October 2, 2011 to March 25, 2012.
