■ Story

One day during summer vacation, Nobita is told about the book "Treasure Island" by Dekisugi, and declares to Gian and the others that he will also find the treasure island. Nobita searches for the treasure island with Doraemon's secret gadget, the "treasure hunting map." The location indicated on the map is a new island that recently appeared in the Pacific Ocean. Nobita and his friends head for the island on the assembled sailing ship "Nobita Aura," but are attacked by pirates just before landing on the island. Shizuka is kidnapped by the pirates, and the island disappears. Nobita and his friends meet Flock, a boy drifting at sea, and his pet parrot robot Quiz. The island is a huge pirate ship, and Flock is a mechanic who escaped from the pirate ship. Nobita and his friends rescue Shizuka from the pirates and set sail to find the secret hidden in the treasure hidden on the treasure island.
Shizuka meets Sarah, a girl who looks just like her, on the pirate ship. Silver, the captain of the pirate ship and Sarah's and Flock's father, is trying to carry out the "Noah's Ark Plan" to absorb the Earth's energy and move to a new planet. Nobita and his friends rush to the pirate ship. Flock and Doraemon's efforts prevent the energy from being stolen. Persuaded by Nobita and his friends, Silver has a change of heart and reconciles with his son Flock. Silver and his friends travel back to their own time, transcending time and space. Nobita is playing in the usual vacant lot when he sees a gold coin fall from his pocket and reminisces about his summer adventure.
