"Crayon Shin-chan: Bakumori! Kung Fu Boys Ramen Rebellion" is recognized as a unique work in the long history of the Crayon Shin-chan series. The film combines traditional Crayon Shin-chan humor with new action elements to provide audiences with a fresh experience.

The story is set in Aiyar Town, a small Chinatown in Kasukabe. While the Kasukabe Defense Force trains in the "Puni Puni Fist," they must face the chaos caused by the mysterious ramen "Black Panda Ramen," providing new challenges and excitement for fans of the series. In particular, the scene in which people who eat Black Panda Ramen become violent is visually impactful and enjoyable for both children and adults.

The portrayal of the characters is also excellent, especially the new character Ouran, who creates a good contrast with Shinnosuke and the others, adding depth to the story. In addition, the existing characters also show their individuality in action, which is a delight for fans of the series. For example, the charm of the series is firmly portrayed, such as Shinnosuke's laid-back behavior and the interactions between Hiroshi and Misae as a married couple.

Music is also an important element in enhancing the film's appeal. The opening theme, "Kimi ni 100 Percent," combines Kyary Pamyu Pamyu's unique voice with Yasutaka Nakata's catchy melody to liven up the film's atmosphere. Meanwhile, the ending theme, "Xiao Yi Xiao!", features an impressive and energetic performance by Momoiro Clover Z, and adds a glamorous touch to the film's ending. Insert songs such as "Black Panda Ramen Sanka" and "Jenka" are also used effectively in line with the story's development, helping to bring out the emotions of the viewer.

The film also receives high praise for its visuals. The meticulous drawings by animation directors Hideo Hariganeya and Katsunori Hara realistically depict the characters' movements and expressions, adding to the intensity of the action scenes. Additionally, art directors Nobuaki Mihara and Takashi Nishimura's depiction of Aiyar Town, with its beautifully detailed backgrounds, is a visual treat. Additionally, the use of CGI and special effects is effective, maximizing the visual impact, especially in the scenes where the characters turn violent due to the effects of Black Panda Ramen.

Another appeal of this film is that it depicts the theme of family and friendship. The members of the Kasukabe Defense Force work together to protect Aiyar Town, which moves the viewer. The relationship between Shinnosuke and his family is also humorous yet warm, making viewers realize the importance of family.
