HBO officially released the first 2 minutes of the opening footage of the fifth season of "Rick and Morty" today (June 18). The show will officially start airing on June 20. Let us enjoy it together. Rick and Morty Season 5 opening scene: Rick and Morty is a 2016 American action film directed by Justin Roiland and written by Dan Harmon. It is about the bizarre adventures of the cynical mad scientist Rick Sanchez and his easily frustrated grandson Morty Smith, who travel through their own lives and other alternate dimensions.
