The first trailer of the animated film "The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Rohan" (tentative translation) was released today. The film is set in Middle-earth before the original story. It revolves around the story of Helm the Hammerhand and his family. Under the repeated attacks of powerful foreign enemies, the city of Rohan has become precarious. How will Helm's daughter Hera lead the people of the kingdom to resist foreign enemies and rebuild their homeland? The film is executive produced by Peter Jackson, with Philippa Boyens, the screenwriter of the live-action "Lord of the Rings" trilogy, as a consultant. It will be directed by Kenji Kamiyama, the director of the "Ghost in the Shell SAC" series and "Blade Runner: Black Lotus". It will be released in North America on December 13. We hope that it can be introduced in China as soon as possible to open a grand new chapter in Middle-earth. |
