British-Japanese pop singer Rina joins John Wick 4 movie

According to Deadline, Japanese-British singer Rina Sawayama will join the action film "John Wick 4" starring Keanu Reeves, which will be released in May 2022. "John Wick 4" is also Rina Sawayama's first film.

Details about her role have not yet been announced. In a statement, director Chad Stahelski said: "I am very excited to have Rina make her feature film debut in John Wick 4. She is so talented and will bring so much to this film."

"John Wick 4" will start filming this summer and will be filmed in many places including France, Germany and Japan.

In addition to "John Wick 4", a spin-off of "John Wick" "InterContinental" is also in production. This will be a 1970s prequel, mainly about the young version of Winston, the mysterious character played by Ian McShane in the movie. The story will be set in the "John Wick" universe and focus on the InterContinental Hotel (The Continental Hotel), which John Wick used to stay in as a killer's refuge.

"InterContinental" is planned and written by Chris Collins of "The Old Man," and executive produced by "John Wick" film directors Chad Stahelski and David Leitch, and the film's star Keanu Reeves, who will also appear in the show.
