Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings new stills Shang-Chi and Katie Xiaoling in the same frame

Recently, new stills of Marvel's first Asian American superhero masterpiece Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings were released, showing Shang-Chi played by Simu Liu, Katie played by Awkwafina, and Xiaoling played by Zhang Meng'er.

Katie is Shang-Chi's friend, and Xiaoling is Shang-Chi's sister. Wen-Wu is Shang-Chi's father and the leader of the Ten Rings. Marvel Studios said that the character "Wen-Wu" played by Tony Leung is a brand new character, created entirely for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He is not the "Mandarin" in the early comics, but an original new character in the MCU, and is more dangerous.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is directed by Destin Cretton and stars Simu Liu, Tony Leung, Awkwafina, Michelle Yeoh, Fala Chen, Zhang Meng'er, Florian Mutlu, and Qian Xinyi. It will be released in North America on September 3.
