Ubisoft's "Werewolf Game" live-action adaptation movie first trailer released

The first trailer for the movie of the same name adapted from Ubisoft's VR game "Werewolves Within" was recently released. The film is directed by Josh Ruben and will be released on June 25.

Trailer:

After a proposed natural gas pipeline creates divisions in the small town of Beaverfield, a snowstorm traps residents together at the local inn, and new forest ranger Finn (Sam Richardson) and postal worker Cecily (Milana Vayntrub) must work to maintain law and order and uncover the truth behind the mysterious creatures that have begun terrorizing the community.

Josh Ruben said: "This movie is a tribute to those of us who firmly believe that good can triumph over evil, and that 'being a good person' is the best weapon against guns, knives and even claws... Sometimes, you just need to be a good neighbor, no matter how evil people are."

Werewolves Within was developed by Ubisoft Red Storm Entertainment Studio and is set in a village. In virtual reality, each player is a cartoon villager sitting in a circle. All players can communicate through lips, nods, handshakes, and voice, and then find the self-righteous "Werewolves" among the chirping lies and quarrels.
