'District 9' sequel 'District 10' script in development

Neill Blomkamp, ​​director of the science fiction film "District 9", tweeted today (February 26) that the script for "District 10" is being written (Sharlto Copley, Terri Tatchell) and the film will meet the audience in the future.

District 9 is a 2009 science fiction film about aliens on Earth, directed by Neill Blomkamp and produced by Peter Jackson, the director of The Lord of the Rings. The film is adapted from Neill Blomkamp's 2006 short film Alive in Joburg. The protagonist of the story is a migration worker of MNU (Municipal Union). While forcing alien refugees in the slums to relocate, he accidentally got infected with alien fluid and mutated. He was then captured as an experimental subject, but finally escaped and fled.

According to information revealed by Neil Blomkamp, ​​those involved in the script writing of "District 10" include: Sharlto Copley, the actor who played the male lead in "District 9", and Terri Tatchell, the screenwriter of "District 9".
