Japanese drama "Doctor-X" will be adapted into a movie and will invite Ryoko Yonekura to return to star

According to Japanese media reports, Asahi TV invited Ryoko Yonekura to shoot the sequel of "Doctor-X" again. After watching "Seven Secretaries" in the same period in October 2020, she also showed a very positive attitude.

"Doctor X: Surgeon Michiko Daimon" is a medical drama series broadcast by Japan's Asahi TV since 2012, directed by Naoki Tamura, Hidetomo Matsuda, etc., starring Ryoko Yonekura, Kazutoku Kishibe, Yuki Uchida, etc. So far, the series has launched six seasons and a single episode of a special planned drama, telling the story of Michiko Daimon, a highly skilled freelance doctor who sticks to her beliefs and fights against various problems and relationships in the medical system.

It is reported that the sequel to the drama version of "Doctor-X" is under discussion and the film version is also in progress.
