Mamoru Hosoda's new animated film "The Dragon and the Freckles Princess" will be released in summer 2021

Today (12.15), it was officially announced that director Mamoru Hosoda's latest work "The Dragon and the Freckles Princess (竜とそばかすの姫)" (tentative translation) will be released in the summer of 2021.

The content and details of the story have not yet been revealed. All that has been announced is the title and the online world "U" with 5 billion registered users in the story. The work was produced by the Japanese animation company "Studio Map".
