The thriller "Hunting Soul" starring Zhang Zhen and Zhang Junning is scheduled to be released nationwide on January 15, 2021

Today (December 7), the movie "Hunting Soul" starring Zhang Zhen and Zhang Junning was scheduled to be released on January 15, 2021. In the release trailer, Zhang Zhen lost 12 kilograms and shaved his head to play the prosecutor Liang Wenchao, while Zhang Junning played the criminal policeman Abao with short hair. The two will work together to uncover the secrets behind the bizarre murder of the rich. The film is directed by Cheng Weihao, the director of "Witness Pursuit", and also stars Sun Anke, Li Mingshun, Zhang Baijia and others.

Synopsis: Liang Jian (played by Zhang Zhen), a prosecutor suffering from cancer, and his wife Abao (played by Zhang Junning) are about to welcome their own child. Liang Jian recently took over a difficult case: Wang Shicong, chairman of a famous group, died tragically at home, and the deceased's son Wang Tianyou, his young wife Li Yan, his long-time friend Dr. Wan, and even his deceased ex-wife Tang Suzhen, each of them has an intricate relationship with his death. As more clues gradually surfaced, the relationship between several suspects became more complicated. What is seen is sometimes not the truth. Liang Jian gradually discovered the shocking secrets hidden under the murder case.
