Netflix's new youth drama "Not What I Want" official Chinese subtitle trailer created by the producer of "Stranger Things"

Netflix recently released the official Chinese subtitle trailer of the new youth drama "Not My Will". The drama is directed by Jonathan Entwistle, the director of "Fuck the World", and co-produced by Shawn Levy, the producer of "Stranger Things".

Trailer:

Netflix's original American drama "Not What I Want" stars Sophia Lillis and Wyatt Oleff, two teenage actors from the "IT" series. It's adapted from Charles Forsman's comic novel and tells the story of an anxious high school girl named Sydney, who not only has to deal with complicated high school life and family problems, but also has to find a way to suppress the mysterious superpowers that have awakened in her heart while falling in love with her best friend.

Like the original author's other work "Fuck the World", the protagonist of "Not My Will" is also out of tune with society. She is a difficult girl, a little witty and with a sarcastic sense of humor. Like many teenagers, she hates high school and does not get along well with her mother and her best friend's boyfriend. Although she thinks she is above average in pain, she is actually not, because she discovers that she has the ability to control her mind...

"Not What I Want" will be aired on February 26th!
