The original author of "Ready Player One" plans to write a trilogy

The sequel to the original novel of "Ready Player One", "Ready Player Two", was released in North America on November 24. Along with it comes a new puzzle and quest - Halliday's last Easter egg, which hints at a mysterious reward.

There has been no official announcement of a sequel yet, but the first film directed by Steven Spielberg cost $175 million and grossed $582 million worldwide, with a box office of nearly 1.4 billion yuan in mainland China. Although it is not a big profit for Warner Bros., there is still a possibility of a sequel.
