Marvel's Asian-American superhero film "Shang-Chi" wrapped up and will be released on July 9, 2021

Marvel's new film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings has wrapped filming. Director Destin Cretton and lead actor Simu Liu revealed the news on Instagram. Simu Liu said: "We did it! We can't wait to introduce him to the world in nine months."

"Shang-Chi" is Marvel's first solo Chinese superhero movie. It also stars Awkwafina, Tony Leung, and others. Michelle Yeoh, Fala Chen, and Florian Mutlu are also reported to be participating (not yet confirmed). It is currently scheduled to be released in North America on July 9, 2021.
