Recently, the China Anti-Infringement and Counterfeiting Work Network released a case of copyright infringement by a pirated film and television APP. It is reported that the First Bullet APP uploaded a large number of film and television series from the United States, Japan, South Korea and other countries without authorization, collected membership recharge fees and advertising fees, released more than 20,000 infringing videos, collected more than 9.92 million yuan in membership fees, and collected more than 24.26 million yuan in advertising fees, with a total illegal profit of more than 34.18 million yuan.

The Shanghai Jing'an District Procuratorate approved the arrest of 22 suspects who played infringing videos through pirated film and television apps. Among them, 16 suspects were arrested on suspicion of copyright infringement, and 6 suspects were arrested on suspicion of copyright infringement and aiding information network criminal activities.
