On June 2, the first-instance judgment of iQiyi's "Joy of Life" advance on-demand case was announced. The "paid advance on-demand" service violated the rights of gold VIP members to watch dramas in advance, and iQiyi was in breach of contract. The court ordered iQiyi to provide the plaintiff with the gold VIP membership rights originally enjoyed by the plaintiff for 15 consecutive days and compensate the plaintiff for the notarization fee loss of 1,500 yuan, while rejecting the plaintiff's other claims.
