The animated theatrical version of "I Want to Cry, I Put on a Cat's Mask" will be exclusively broadcast on Netflix on June 18, 2020. Today (May 29), the official released a new promotional video. Let's take a look at it together. Latest promotional video: "I Want to Cry, So I Put on a Cat's Mask" is a new work created by the screenwriter of "Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day" Mari Okada. It tells the story of a second-year junior high school girl, Miyo Sasaki, who tried her best to get close to her crush, Kento Hinode, but to no avail. By chance, she got a mask that can transform her into a cat as long as she puts it on. Miyo Sasaki, who turned into a cat, deepened her communication with Kento with the appearance of a cat, but the boundary between herself and the cat gradually became blurred.
