Daughter appears! The sequel to "Inuyasha" "Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon" is animated

According to new information, The sequel to Inuyasha by Rumiko Takahashi, Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon, has been announced to be adapted into an animation. The company responsible for the animation production is sunrise, and the cartoonist Rumiko Takahashi is responsible for the character design. This animation will tell some stories about the descendants of Inuyasha and Seshomaru.

It is reported that "Inuyasha" is a long comic series based on Warring States fairy tales that was serialized by Japanese cartoonist Rumiko Takahashi in the "Weekly Shonen Sunday" magazine on November 27, 1996 and ended on June 18, 2008.

The story is set in the Japanese Warring States Period. It tells the story of a third-year junior high school girl, Kagome Higurashi, who accidentally traveled through the Bone-Eating Well of her own shrine and came to the Japanese Warring States Period 500 years ago. She encountered Inuyasha (a half-demon who is a hybrid of a monster and a human), and embarked on an adventure to find the fragments of the Four Souls Jewel scattered everywhere.

The sequel to "Inuyasha", "Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon", is expected to be broadcast in the fall of 2020. As for what kind of experience this work will bring to everyone, we will have to wait and see.
