The new film of the classic horror film "Scream" is officially announced! Whether it will be a sequel or a reboot is yet to be determined

The classic horror film "Scream" is confirmed to be filming a fifth installment! Spyglass Media Group is reportedly producing a new "Scream" movie directed by Matthew Bettinelli Olpin and Tyler Gillett.

However, there is no news yet whether this new "Scream" movie is a reboot of the series or a sequel to the previous movie. But I hope that this movie can continue the series' previous style of mixing drama and horror. Matthew Bettinelli Olpin and Tyler Gillett have directed "Ready or Not".

"Scream" was first released in 1996, directed by Wes Craven, written by Kevin Williamson, and starring Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, etc. The film tells the story of a high school student in Woodsboro who becomes the target of a mysterious killer. Her bestie, boyfriend, and newspaper reporter also become the targets of this mysterious killer.
