"The Goonies" confirmed to produce a sequel to the 40-year classic treasure hunt adventure

The classic treasure hunting adventure film "The Goonies", which was released in 1985 and adapted into a well-known game, has confirmed that a sequel will be produced and distributed by Warner Bros. Sales, so stay tuned.

"The Goonies" is an adventure film directed by Richard Donner and starring Sean Astin, Josh Brolin and others. The film was released in the United States on June 7, 1985.

The story tells of seven poor children in a small town on the west coast of the United States who discovered a mythical underground world based on a treasure map. A wanted mother and son tracked them down to steal the treasure on a pirate ship, which led to a series of thrilling adventures.
