'Sonic the Hedgehog' box office hit actor thanks fans for redesigning Sonic

The once unpopular "Sonic the Hedgehog" has reached a box office of 100 million US dollars in its first week. Due to the good box office performance, Tika Sumpter, the actress who plays the protagonist's wife in "Sonic the Hedgehog", posted on Instagram to thank fans for redesigning Sonic's image.

Tika Sumpter, who plays the protagonist's wife in the movie, said in an interview that fans of the "Sonic" series are the key to making the movie a success. Tika Sumpter said: "The players are right, and I'm glad Paramount listened to this opinion. They helped us achieve today's goal. Sumpter also noted that she knew the original design of Sony's teeth was wrong, but that it didn't bother her because she saw "The Little Mermaid" as a child with a similar look.
