Today (February 11), the live-action CG adventure film "The Call of the Wild", adapted from Jack London's novel of the same name, released a special trailer showing the scene where prospector John Thornton first met his sled dog Buck.

The Call of the Wild is a famous novel published by writer Jack London in 1903. It tells the story of a dog named Buck who goes through hardships and finally returns to the wild environment. The film is directed by Chris Sanders, written by Michael Green, and starred by Harrison Ford. It is the first work of "20th Century Fox" after it was renamed "20th Century Studios".

The film was originally scheduled to be released in the United States on December 25, 2019. On May 7, 2019, with the merger of Fox into Walt Disney, Disney announced that the film would be postponed to February 21, 2020.
