The director of "Iron Man" responded to several famous directors' criticism of Marvel movies: You can comment freely

Previously, famous directors Martin Scorsese and Coppola had both criticized Marvel movies. The former believed that Marvel movies turned cinemas into amusement parks, while the latter felt that Marvel movies were all the same and disgusting. Today (October 23), famous director Jon Favreau responded to the criticisms of the two masters, saying that you are the benchmark of the industry and my idol, and you can comment freely.

In an interview with the famous American media CNBC, Jon Favreau, who directed "Iron Man" and made Marvel glorious, responded to the recent criticisms of Marvel by several legendary directors. Favreau said: "(Martin Scorsese and Coppola) are my heroes, and they have the right to express their opinions. If they hadn't opened up new paths in the film industry, I wouldn't have joined the film industry. Their films are the source of my inspiration, and you can see their shadows in "The Full-time Swinger" which I wrote. So, they can express whatever opinions they like."

In addition, Jon Favreau also talked about the rapidly changing entertainment industry landscape, saying that it is "full of unknowns and uncertainties, but also brings a lot of opportunities. For example, Martin Scorsese's new film "The Irishman", Jon said that if there was no such a large budget of 140 million US dollars and technical level, it would not be possible to shoot it (the current effect) if it was only shot in the traditional mode.
