In a recent interview for IT: Chapter 2, director Muschietti was asked if The Flash would be his next film, to which Muschietti smiled and replied, "Yes." When asked if The Flash movie would also contain horror elements similar to the one in IT, Muschietti denied the speculation. He said: "Horror elements? I don't think there will be any. What attracts me to the "Flash" movie is the human drama in it, that is, the human feelings and emotions in it. Of course, this movie will be very interesting. I won't promise that there will be any horror elements in it, but it is definitely a beautiful human story." The Flash solo movie will continue to be starred by Ezra Miller, with the script written by Christina Hodson. There is no official announcement on when the filming and production will start, or when it will be released. |
