Today, new stills from the second season of Netflix's Korean zombie drama "Kingdom" were released, showing a group of super-dedicated zombies and the back of Crown Prince Lee Cang, played by Joo Ji-hoon. The second season officially started filming in February, and many Reuters photos were exposed before, mostly of the North Korean zombie extras who are known for their "super running" and "super dedication". The first season of "Kingdom" was officially launched on Netflix in January this year. The story is set in the Joseon Dynasty. It tells the story of a dead king who was resurrected as a zombie and was used by a treacherous minister (played by Ryu Seung-ryong) who coveted the throne. On the other hand, the crown prince (played by Joo Ji-hoon) who was falsely accused of usurping power was on the run while investigating the truth about the spread of the zombie virus. The second season of "Kingdom" will continue the plot of the first season and is expected to meet the audience in 2020. |
