Producer of Your Name and Suzuya Journey arrested for soliciting nude photos from minors

A few days ago, Japanese filmmaker Koichiro Ito, who had served as the producer of films such as "Your Name." and "Suzuya's Journey", was arrested on charges of soliciting nude photos from a 15-year-old girl three years ago.

It is reported that Ito Koichiro has confessed his crime to the police, "I have had similar interactions with some underage women, but I don't remember if it was this child."

Koichiro Ito, 52, has participated in the production of animated films such as "Your Name.", "Suzuya's Journey", "Weathering with You", "5 Centimeters per Second", and "The Garden of Words".
