She-Hulk star reveals Marvel isn't keen on season 2

Marvel's spin-off series "She-Hulk" launched in 2022 was criticized for each episode being worse than the previous one after its release. Although it is a science fiction comedy in style and has certain correct elements, the audience does not seem to buy it.

The female lead of "She-Hulk", Tatiana Maslany, who plays the Hulk, recently revealed during an appearance on Codenames LIVE that Marvel is not keen on producing a second season.

"I don't think so. I think we went over budget," she joked. "Disney said, 'No thanks.'" While Marvel has never revealed an exact figure, She-Hulk is estimated to have cost around $225 million to make.

Such a high investment has not achieved the heights achieved by series such as "Loki" and "Moon Knight". Under such circumstances, it is indeed difficult to have a sequel. Fortunately, the cancellation of the second season of "She-Hulk" will not have much impact on the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
